Home workout:Morning Butt workout.

Moring Butt workout

  1. Reverse Lung 10 reps each leg 3x 
  2. Decline reverse lung 15 reps each leg 3x
  3. Crossover leg raises 15 reps each leg 3x 
  4. Double squat power (wide leg squat and squat) 10 reps 3x

 Have a great workout. Lets Build a butt without shots.
